Backstory: As companies (especially ecommerce) scale, they become focused on churn and refunds. With most platforms like shopify, bigcommerce, recurly and chargebee, they don't offer enterprise level features such as refund audit reporting.
The Idea: A refund audit dashboard.
Deep Dive: You would integrate with individual ecommerce platforms and create mechanism to pull refunds (webhook or api calls). You would then correlate the refund information with the chat system (intercom or zendesk) to provide dashboards for management to better track refunds.
Validation: I haven't seen this feature on any of the ecommerce platforms listed above.
Monetization: You could charge a premium monthly fee, you are going after a very specific market, companies large enough to manage a team of support reps and those not 100% custom.
