Backstory: One of the best running programs, http://www.c25k.com/ (couch to 5k), takes your through incremental improvements to get you in shape to run a 5k in 9 weeks. Taking this same incremental concept and applying it to cooking would be a simple and easy business.
Julia and I (really just Julia) try to cook healthy meals. We've found recipes online, sourced ingredients at the grocery store but it's time consuming and it never sticks. At the other end of the spectrum, last week we started ordering from a meal delivery service. We now cook by directions but we're not really learning how to cook.
The Idea: An 8 week program designed to teach you basic cook skills and recipes incrementally.
Deep Dive: You could easily MVP this by creating a landing page and the first day of cooking instructions. You would put all the recipes and directions in an email campaign, the beauty is that you only have to stay one day ahead of your customers. If nobody signs up, not much time wasted.
This could easily turn into a larger subscription based service for meal cooking courses.
Validation: We would sign up and there's been success in similar approaches in other niches (c25k).
Monetization: Once you have this concept proven out, you would be able to charge a small one time fee for access to the course or you could build other more advanced courses and sell those.
